LEGOLAND New York FAQ

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO VISIT ON THE DAY OF MY RESERVATION?

Visit the official Booking Portal to reschedule your reservation. Reservations can be changed prior to your visit before they are saved in our system.

*Please keep in mind that date tickets DO NOT require a reservation. Guests who buy their tickets as part of a Vacation Package do not need to make Park reservations.

WILL YOU BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS?

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The LEGOLAND New York Resort is open rain or shine, and while we can guarantee a fantastic experience, they can’t (yet!) control the weather. If the weather causes thier rides to be closed for more than 120 minutes in a row during your visit, they will award you a Rainy Day Return Ticket, which you can use to visit the park any time in the next 365 days with reservations. To obtain your return ticket, please go to the Guest Services Center at the front of the Park. Please keep in mind that this does not apply to yearly pass holders and must be redeemed at Guest Services on the day of your visit.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE ATTRACTION?

Under certain conditions, outside coolers, food, and beverages are permitted in the Park. Bottled water, small lunch snacks, and non-heated meals are permitted, as are infant food and formula, and any food or nutritional supplements required for medical reasons.

You are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the LEGOLAND New York Resort grounds.

HOW MUCH IS A SINGLE DAY PARKING PASS?

A single-day parking pass costs $25.00 plus tax, and can be purchased either online or at the park.

Pre-paid parking is strongly advised. You can pay in advance online, at the Park Admissions Ticket Window, via the LEGOLAND New York App, or at the Guest Services Office, which is located right inside the Park Entrance.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT WILL YOU HAVE?

The socially distanced character meet and greets, including the LEGO Friends, will take place, and the characters are excited to see you! For exact timings, please download the LEGOLAND New York Resort app on the day of your visit.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR WHEELCHAIR RENTAL?

Wheelchairs* and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs)* are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not advised online HERE.

WHAT RESTROOM AND BABY-CHANGING FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?

Toilet and baby-changing facilities will be accessible throughout the Resort.

Enhanced cleaning procedures will be implemented throughout the day. Floor markers will be placed to facilitate physical separation.

Is the park completely made of LEGO bricks?

Not everything, however there’s are more than 15,000 LEGO models at LEGOLAND New York Resort, constructed from more than 30 million LEGO bricks!

DOES LEGOLAND NEW YORK OFFER A FAST PASS FOR THE PARK?

With our Reserve ‘N’ Ride reservation system, you can focus on the things that matter instead of the things that don’t. It’s easy to plan ahead with Reserve ‘N’ Ride and ride only when you’re ready! ​​

There are two levels of Reserve ‘N’ Ride available: Deluxe and Ultimate. For an extra price, you can utilize these services to reduce the time you have to wait between rides. The shorter time you have to wait to ride, the higher the level you are at. ​​

In order to use the LEGOLAND® New York Resort Reserve ‘N ‘Ride service, open the app when you arrive at the park and select the ‘Shop’ button. Finally, purchase your level of access and reserve an attraction. For the duration of the day, reservations can be made one at a time. CAN I STILL COME TO LEGOLAND NEW YORK RESORT WITHOUT A RESERVATION?

No. All guests are required to reserve a day through Booking Portal for entry into LEGOLAND New York Resort.
