Job Description: We are looking for a blog writer to join our team and help us report on the latest news from LEGOLAND New York. As a blog writer, you will be responsible for researching and writing articles for our website. You should be a reliable and dependable person with excellent writing skills. If you have a passion for LEGOs, this is the perfect job for you!
As we are currently a non-profit organization, this role is entirely voluntary, and you will not be compensated. This role is for individuals wishing to satisfy their creative urges and hone their writing skills. As we seek avenues for revenue, we may be able to give compensation for your contributions soon.
Responsibilities:
– Researching and writing articles for our website on a regular basis. Preferably three articles per month
– Reporting on the latest news from LEGOLAND New York
Requirements:
– Excellent writing skills
– Reliable and dependable
– This is a long-term freelance gig
– Passion for LEGOs and theme parks
– Knowledge and experience with Divi WordPress Page Builder / Elegant Themes
Nice to have’s:
– LEGOLAND New York Annual Pass is NOT required, but highly encouraged
– Proficient in SEO keyword research and article optimization
