“We’re always exploring for innovative ways to enhance the LEGOLAND New York experience,” said Stephanie Johnson, Resort Divisional Director at LEGOLAND New York. “For our first full operational season, our staff has been hard at work developing […] new items for our most ardent supporters. Everything we do is for the sake of having fun, and we want to create amazing memories that will keep families returning to our Resort time and time again.”

Throughout the year, guests can look forward to the premiere of a new water playground, two new entertainment stages with brand-new performances, the first annual July 4 Red, White, & Boom celebration, a larger Brick-or-Treat Halloween extravaganza, and the first-ever Christmas Bricktacular.

LEGOLAND New York is also making it easier for customers to explore the theme park, with new roads and stairways connecting Miniland to Lego Ninjago World, Lego Castle, and Lego City. In addition, a new food and beverage venue in this “hub” area will be a fantastic place to refuel after a long day of action.

LEGO City now has a new water playground.

With the introduction of an all-new water playground in LEGO City, kids can splash into summer. The new playground launching this summer will allow guests the opportunity to build and race a LEGO boat, splash on a water slide, and even get splashed by a large water bucket, making it the ideal spot to cool off after riding, driving, climbing, and building in the hot sun.
