Yes! Adults are allowed in all the LEGOLAND Theme Parks without children. However, when it comes to the indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, that’s a different story.
I’ve seen people stating online that they were refused entry at certain indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers in the US and other countries. If you’re an adult with no kids and looking to visit one of the 14 LEGOLAND Discovery Centers I would suggest calling first and asking about their policy on this.
It appears that LEGOLAND Discovery Centers do offer separate Adult evening visitation hours.
LEGOLAND Theme Parks are geared towards children between the ages of 3 to 14, but adults are permitted to enter the park without a child. Adults must buy a single-day pass in order to enter the park.

If adults are allowed in the Peppa Pig Theme Park in Florida then adults are allowed to enter the main LEGOLAND Theme Parks.
There are certain rides that adults are not allowed to ride without children, but the Miniland USA area is worth going to see and enjoying without kids so you can spend more time appreciating the details and accuracy of the reproductions to real life.
You can go to the LEGOLAND Theme Parks as an adult, but you can’t go to LEGOLAND Discovery Centers without accompanying a child. Discovery Centers are designed purely for children, and they insist that they are used only by children and the adults that supervise them.
